Reports to: Entrepreneurship Development Program Manager

Refugee Women’s Network (RWN) Refugee Women’s Network (RWN) is a 501c3 organization serving refugees and immigrants resettled in the state of Georgia. RWN inspires and equips refugee and immigrant women to become leaders in their homes, businesses, and communities. For more than 26 years, we’ve continued to be the only organization in Georgia that specifically serves refugee women.
We are a women of color, immigrant, and refugee-led organization, with a mission to support women survivors of war, conflict, and displacement in overcoming cultural and systemic barriers to achieving healthy, self-sufficient, and fulfilling lives. We work to address these barriers through culturally sensitive, community-led grassroots responses that meet women where they are. We do this through uplifting community-driven grassroots solutions.

Purpose:
The Entrepreneurship Development Coordinator (EDC) is responsible for assisting in building upon and developing the Entrepreneurship Development Program within RWN to support the organization’s mission … to equip refugee and immigrant women to regain self-sufficiency, inspiring them to become community leaders through culturally tailored programs. The Entrepreneurship Development Coordinator empowers refugee and immigrant women with the knowledge and resources to become economically self-reliant facilitating entrepreneurship opportunities and access to educational and financial literacy training programs. The duties and responsibilities of the position are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with the mission, values, and operating principles of RWN.
Duties of the Entrepreneurship Development Coordinator
Oversee daily operations of the shared kitchen
Create and manage schedules for chefs, classes
Supervise kitchen usage activity and monitor food safety practices
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
Assist with Chefs Club events (farmers markets, festivals, catering)
Plan, organize, and promote cooking classes
Coordinate registration, communication, and class logistics
Assist in creating reports and promotional content
Manage social media updates highlighting chefs and programs
Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally respectful environment
Coordinate incubator program for RWN Chefs in coordination with EEP manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in a commercial kitchen is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and people skills
Comfort using social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Passion for diverse cultures and supporting entrepreneurs
