Why This Role

This is an opportunity to directly shape the growth of a trusted, community-rooted organization with strong programmatic work and expanding funding opportunities. RWN has established partnerships with academic, clinical, and public health institutions and is seeking a development professional who can translate that work into sustained, diversified funding across grants, individual giving, and institutional partnerships.

  • Support donor communications, acknowledgments, and reporting

Development Communications & Storytelling

  • Translate program impact into clear, compelling narratives for grant proposals, reports, and donor communications

  • Support development of materials that strengthen fundraising, branding, and partner engagement (e.g., impact summaries, briefs, newsletters)

  • Help align messaging across development efforts to ensure consistency and clarity of RWN’s mission and impact including creating a yearly impact report

  • Collaborate with staff to elevate community voices in ways that are ethical, accurate, and funder-relevant

Development Strategy & Partnerships

  • Support implementation of an annual fundraising plan with a focus on diversified revenue growth

  • Assist with cultivation and stewardship of foundation, corporate, and individual donors

  • Work with leadership and board on funding opportunities and strategic positioning
